assisting in stuffing & mailing sponsorship letters
making follow up phone calls to possible sponsors
setting up vendor areas, pre parade and the staging areas
assisting with students before , during and at the competitions
Picking up items from various locations, signage etc.
helping with clean up at the any of the weekend events (clean up crew at the school grounds)
day of – marshals to assist with the parade, walk next to the floats, must be 18 years and older
to be present in the band tent to assist in serving the band lunch
directors to disband the area
assistance in directing the shuttle busses
